雷公藤多苷片对难治性肾病综合征患者血脂、尿蛋白肾组织KIM-1以及尿TH糖蛋白影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探究雷公藤多苷片对难治性肾病综合征患者血脂、尿蛋白肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)水平以及尿TH糖蛋白的影响。方法:选取我院肾内科收治的难治性肾病综合征患者187例,采用双盲法将其分为两组。对照组83例,予西医常规治疗;实验组104例,予以口服雷公藤多苷片治疗。观察患者治疗前后血脂、尿蛋白、肾组织KIM-1的变化情况。结果:1治疗后,实验组总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及尿蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2治疗后,实验组患者肾损伤分子1含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);3治疗后,实验组患者的尿TH糖蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷片可有效降低难治性肾病综合征患者血脂、尿蛋白以及肾损伤分子1,对一般激素治疗无效的难治性肾病综合征患者治疗效果显著、见效快,值得临床广泛推广。 Objective:To investigate the glycosides tablets in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome of lipids,urine protein,renal tissue KIM-1 and urinary TH glycoprotein. Method:187 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome from Renal Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital were selected and divided into control group 83 cases and experiment group 104 cases by double blind method.The control group were treated by routine treatment of Western Medicine and the experiment group were treated by Glycosides tablets.Lipids,urine protein and KIM-1 were observed and compared before and after treatment. Result:Compared with the control group after treatment,the total cholesterol,triglycerides,and urine protein were lower(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment,the renal damage molecular 1 content were lower(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the urinary TH glycoprotein were lower(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii tablets can effectively reduce the refractory nephropathy syndrome in patients with blood lipid,urinary protein and kidney injury molecule 1,ineffective for hormone therapy refractory nephrotic syndrome patients with significant effect,quick effect,worthy of clinical application.
