摘要
目的研究TSP-1基因在口腔粘液表皮样癌中的表达与该肿瘤分化程度的相关性。方法选择我院2010年3月至2014年3月收治的376例口腔粘液表皮样癌患者,对其癌组织中TSP-1基因的表达进行检测,并分析其与该肿瘤分化程度的关系。结果 376例患者中,高度、中度及低度恶性伴淋巴结转移者分别41.9%、13.6%、2.1%,且不同解剖位置淋巴结转移情况有所不同。52例淋巴结转移患者,同一侧Ⅰ区,Ⅱ区,Ⅲ区,Ⅳ区、Ⅴ区的淋巴结阳性率分别为27.2%、33.7%、14.1%、1.9%及1.9%,高度恶性明显多于低度恶性(P<0.05)。323例随访患者中,无复发或者转移所占比例明显高于其他情况(P<0.05)。TSP-1阳性组的MVD为(18.4±4.9),阴性组为(29.8±6.3),两组之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 TSP-1基因在处于低分化的肿瘤组织中的表达几率显著小于高分化的组织,处于低分化的肿瘤组织的微血管的密度以及细胞进行增殖的活性都高于高分化的组织,TSP-1基因能够抑制患者血管再生。
Objective The correlation between the degree of tumor differentiation and clinical study on the expres- sion of TSP-1 gene in oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods 376 patients of oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma patients were selected for study. All the patients were detected the expression of TSP-1 in oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma gene expression, correlation and clinical research of TSP-1 gene in oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the degree of tumor dif- ferentiation, and discuss the biological function and possible molecular mechanism. Results The results showed that high, moderate and low-grade malignant were 41.9%, 13.6% and 2.1%. The positive rates of lymph node in I, II, III, IV and V region were 27.2%,33.7 %,14.1%, 1.920% and 1.92 %. The positive rates of lymph node in high malignant was significantly more than that of the low grade malignant (P〈0.05). MVD of TSP-1 positive group and negative group were 18. 374-4.85 and 29. 804-6.34 (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of TSP-1 gene in low risk of differen- tiation of the tumor tissues is significantly less than that of high differentiated tissue, proliferation in microvascular low differentiated tumor tissue density. TSP-1 gene could inhibit vascular regeneration of the patients.
