摘要
国内回收利用法规相继颁布实施,汽车企业需基于产业链完成材料数据的收集,并基于采集数据完成有害物质计算分析和供应商管控等,以应对法规要求。管控物质及豁免范围逐步加严,如何保证采集数据实时满足法规要求,是汽车企业面临的共同难题。该文通过对标国外优秀解决方案BOMcheck的管控流程,以CAMDS数据为基础,研究国内有害物质法规实时应对方案。
Domestic recycling regulations have been promulgated in succession.In order to address the regulations requirements,OEM shall collect the material data on the strength of the industry chain and further accomplish the harmful substance calculation and suppliers management.Due to the gradually strict management on harmful substances and exemption scope,how to make the data meet the regulatory requirements in real-time is the common problem for OEMs.Comparing to the controlling process of overseas excellent solution—BOMcheck,and on the basis of CAMDS data,this paper will give a research on the real-time solution to regulations of the domestic harmful substance.
