随着网络、通讯技术、通讯工具等新媒体技术的飞速发展,尤其是智能手机等移动终端设备的广泛应用,使网上的传统教学资源已经不能满足新环境下的教学需求,在此情况下探讨新媒体环境下教学资源的开放与共享具有很重要的意义。
