摘要
建立谐调机构的虚拟样机模型并进行摩擦失谐仿真分析。根据多体系统动力学原理和方法,在PRO/E和ADAMS软件平台上建立双滑轨机构虚拟样机模型,进行双滑轨机构动力学仿真,得到双滑轨机构的动力学参数,并进行谐调机构摩擦失谐动态响应分析。分析结果精度高,计算成本低,表明利用多体系统动力学原理和方法建立的双滑轨机构模型,可以方便地进行动力学仿真,得到动力学参数,为机构设计提供了一种新的分析方法。
The virtual prototype model of tuned mechanism was built, and mistuned simulation of fraction was carried out. On the base of multi-body system dynamics principle and method, double trail mechanism model of virtual prototype was established on software platform of PRO/E and ADAMS.The mechanism was simulated in kinetics to obtain its dynamic parameters, and the kinetic and dynamic response parameters were analyzed in case of mistuned fractional forces.The results show that the present method has a higher precious and lower cost, and the model built by this method can be easily to realize the dynamic simulation to obtain dynamics parameters,which provides a new analyzing approach on mechanism design.
