摘要 《针灸大成》所记载医案集中体现了杨继洲辨证论治、精穴少针的学术思想,对中医高校学生选择该著作代表性医案进行讨论式课堂授课,进一步加深了学生对辨证论治重要性的认识,提高学生对医案学习的积极性和主动性,有益于整合学生知识结构,收到良好教学效果,在培养中医专业大学生的自主学习能力、系统化思维能力和团队协作能力方面具有重要现实意义和指导价值。 Medical records of Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Yang Jizhou Intensively expressed treatment based on syn-drome differentiation and academic thoughts of fine needle hole less. For college students, choosing the representative works of traditional Chinese medicine in discussion-based classroom teaching further deepened the understanding of students about the importance of treat-ment based on syndrome differentiation, improved students ' study enthusiasm and initiative, was beneficial to integration of students 'knowledge structure, and received good teaching effect. In the development of autonomous learning ability, systematic thinking ability and the team cooperation ability of students of TCM speciality, it has important practical significance and guiding value.
