摘要
目的观察中成药妇炎舒胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年7月—2013年5月收治的200例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组100例。对照组给予单一的抗生素治疗,使用每天1次的800万的青霉素加入500 ml的生理盐水以及250 ml的甲硝唑葡萄糖行静脉滴注治疗,10天为1个疗程;而研究组则在对照组的基础上加用中成药妇炎舒胶囊对患者进行治疗,给予患者服用1天3次,每次5粒的中成药妇炎舒胶囊,2周为1个疗程。比较治疗后两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,研究组的总有效率为97.00%,明显高于总有效率只有88.00%的对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本文选用的中成药妇炎舒胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔效果显著,值得临床广泛推广及应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuyan Shuning capsule combined with antibiotic in treating chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease. Methods Selecting 200 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease as research objects from July 2011 to May 2013, they were randomly divided into research group and control group. The control group received single antibiotic treatment. Pa-tients were given 800 million penicillin, 500 ml saline and 250 ml metronidazole glucose injection, once daily. The course of treatment was 10 days. While the research group used traditional Fuyan Shuning capsule on the basis of the control group. Three times a day, five capsules each time, the course of treatment was two weeks. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the research group was97.00% which was significantly higher than 88.00% of the control group, and the difference between two groups had statistical signifi-cance（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The proprietary Chinese medicine Fuyan Shuning capsule combined with antibiotic in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease had remarkable effect, and was worthy of wide promotion and application.
