摘要
仪表与自动化是为多个专业学生开设的专业基础课程。针对该系列课程多年教学中反映出的概念抽象、难以理解的问题,笔者总结了多年的教学经验,特别引入了信号流具象法帮助学生理解。信号流具象法强调信号的变换和传递,旨在建立信号与仪表装置作用的联系。尤其在控制器的作用方向判定中,应用信号流具象法有助于学生结合工艺控制目的,通过信号的相对变化方向和流程理解并判定控制器作用的方向。教学中引入信号流具象法可以使学生避免概念混淆和呆板记忆。
The serial course of instrument and automation is one of the technical basic courses for many specialties.In view of the abstract and difficult to understand problems exist in the teaching of the serial course,the author summarizes teaching experiences for many years,especially introduces the signal-flow method to help students understand.Signal-flow method is the emphasis on the transformation and transmission of the signal,which is aimed at establishing the relationship between signal and instrument function.Especially on judging controller's action direction,the method is helpful for students to understand and judge controller's action direction with technology control purpose through signal relative changing direction and process.It can make students avoid concept confusion and mechanical memory.
