摘要
王朝国家时代与民族国家时代合法性系统的传统与现代的本质不同决定了不同时代中国边疆构建及治理体系的差异。由于传统边疆观的制约与边疆特质造成的现代合法性系统植入边疆社会的迟滞与不足,在国家转型与民族国家建设时期,边疆社会对国家系统的支撑也相对有限。文章认为通过现代合法性系统在边疆的实现推动国家边疆治理体系的转型与重构,对和谐边疆建设具有重要价值与意义。
The essential difference of legitimacy system between dynasty state and nationstate,decided the difference of borderland governance and construction of borderland of China in different eras.Due to the limitation of traditional view of borderland and the slow-moving of modern legitimacy system implanted into community of borderland,the society of borderland provided a limited support to state system in period of nation-state construction and state transition.The author deems the implantation of modern legitimacy system in society of borderland shows important values and meanings to promote the transform and reconstruction of borderland governance of state,to build harmony and security borderland.
