摘要
近年来,湖南省承接产业转移的步伐加快,也取得了较好的成效,特别是湘南地区凭借良好的优势条件已经成为湖南省承接产业转移的主要场所。但在发展的过程中,湖南省仍有许多不可忽视的问题,例如产业配套能力差、规模小、分布不均和体制不健全等。针对这些问题,应当优化产业发展环境,提高产业配套能力,建立创新人才培养机制,调整产业结构,实现绿色承接。
In recent years, Hunan Province to undertake the transfer of industry to accelerate the pace of, also achieved good results, especially in southern Hunan Province with good advantages has become Hunan Province to undertake industrial transfer of the main place. But in the process of development, Hunan Province still have many problems that can not be ignored, such as the industrial supporting ability is poor, small scale, uneven distribution and system is not perfect and so on. In the light of these problems, should optimize the enviromnent of industrial development, improve the industrial supporting ability, establish innovative talent training mechanism, adjust the industrial structure, achieving green.
