摘要
分析了动力头存在的这些问题,以及旋挖钻机的钻杆、传动键等,得出了旋挖钻机动力头可移动驱动器组合键设计和旋转密封过度装置设计,适合于钻硬地层钻孔提出的创新。对旋挖钻机动力头和钻杆进行了优化设计和改进。
These problems of the dynamic head are analyzed, as well as the rotating drill pipe, the transmission key, etc. It is concluded that the rotating drill head removable drives key combination and excessive rotating sealing device design are suitable for drilling hard formation drilling innovation. Dynamic head and rotating drill pipe have got the optimization design and improvement.
