摘要
孝是儒家重要的伦理道德,而经权观是儒家重要的方法论。孔孟皆重孝,二者孝又各有所长。总体来说,作为儒学的开创者,孔子的孝更多的是循规蹈矩,符合礼制的孝,也就是说,孔子的孝偏于执经;而孟子在发展孝道的同时,结合社会现状和具体事例,对孝的遵循古礼的同时,有着因时因事权变的色彩,可以说,孟子的孝是守经达权的孝。
Filial piety is an important moral concept of Confucian ideas, while 'rules' and 'rights' is also a crucial methodology of Confucian ideas. Though both Confucius and Mencius would think highly on filial piety in their theory, they could pay attention on different points. Generally, Confucius, as the originator of Confucian ideas, would emphasize more on rites. That is to say, obeying rites within society moral standard could be quite important in achieving Confucius filial piety. However, Mencius might consider more on weighting and changing during his developing of filial piety theory. According to social status and specific examples, Mencius is aiming at achieving a filial piety which could not only obey behavior rules, but also adapt to the various changing social situation.
