摘要
目的探讨反思性学习法提高新上岗护士中医护理能力的作用。方法选择护士200名,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各100名,对照组采用常规新上岗学习法,实验组在此基础上进行反思性学习训练。6个月后比较两组护士的评判性思维力和中医护理能力。结果培训后除系统化能力外实验组护士评判性思维能力其他6个维度及总分明显优于培训前和培训后的对照组(P<0.01);培训后实验组护士中医护理能力的6个维度及总分明显优于培训前和培训后的对照组(P<0.01)。结论反思性学习法能有效提高新上岗护士的评判性思维力和中医护理能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of reflective learning method on improving new nurses ~ traditional Chinese medicine nursing ability. Methods Totally 200 nurses were divided into two groups using the method of random number table. The control group used convention new employees leaning method, the experimental group applied reflective learning training. Nurses critical thinking ability and TCM nursing ability were compared six months later. Re- suits After the intervention nurses'critical thinking ability and TCM nursing ability were obviously better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The scores and 6 dimensions ranged of TCM nursing ability better than those of the control ( P 〈 0.01 ) after intervention. Conclusion Reflective learning method can ef- fectively increase the new employed nurses'critical thinking ability and TCM nursing ability.
