摘要
目的调查2型糖尿病患者生存质量现状,并分析其与糖尿病心理痛苦的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表、糖尿病痛苦量表对南京市某三级甲等医院290例2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 290例2型糖尿病患者的生存质量得分为(67.74±13.40)分;糖尿病心理痛苦、失眠和并发症是2型糖尿病患者生存质量的影响因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者的生存质量较以往有所改善,对糖尿病心理痛苦较严重、夜间失眠和有并发症的患者应予以更多的重视,积极改善其生存质量。
Objective To investigate the status of quality of life among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze the relationship between quality of life and diabetes distress. Methods A total of 290 patients with type 2 diabetes from a 3A - level hospital in Nanjing were investigated using by a self - designed general information questionnaire,World Health Organization Quality of Life - BRET（ WHOQOL - BREF） ,and Diabetes Distress Scale （DDS）. Results The mean score of quality of llfe was （67.74 ± 13.40 ）. Diabetes distress, sleep disorder and complications were the influencing factors. Conclusion The status of life of qual- ity is better than before. It is suggested to pay more attention to diabetes patients who have diabetes distress,sleep disorder and complications.
