摘要
目的探索前列地尔联合丹参川芎嗪对早期糖尿病肾病患者24 h尿微量白蛋白、蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮的影响。方法 82例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者常规给予降糖、降压及抗凝药物治疗。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予前列地尔注射液及丹参川芎嗪。治疗4周后,比较两组治疗前后24 h微量白蛋白、蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮变化,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组比对照组24 h微量白蛋白尿、蛋白较治疗前显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组比对照组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论前列地尔联合丹参川芎嗪能显著改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的肾脏功能,安全、有效地治疗早期糖尿病肾病,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To implore the influences of 24 hour urine trace albumin, albumin, blood creatinine, urea nitro-gen after treated by Alprostadil combined with Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine in early stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods： 82 cases diagnosed of early stage diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into the control group and the treat-ment group. In the control group, the patients were treated with drugs to reduce blood glucose, antihypertensive therapyand anticoagulation therapy routinely. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Alprostadil combined with Salvi-ae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine on the basis of the control group. 4 weeks later, we compared the changes of 24 hour urinetrace albumin, albumin, blood creatinine, urea nitrogen between two groups and the side effects were also investigated. Re-suits： 4 weeks after treatment, 24 hour urine trace albumin and albumin of the treatment group reduced significantly com-pared with the control and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Blood creatinine and urea nitrogen inthe treatment group also decreased apparently compared to the control group and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious side effects were found in both groups. Conclusion ： The treatment of Alprostadil combined withSalviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine can improve the renal function in patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy whichcan treat early stage diabetic nephropathy safely and effectively, It is worthy of clinical use widely.
