摘要
通过以实证分析为主要分析方法,从自然位置、交通条件、基础设施配套、公共服务设施配套、周边景观配套和与其他社区融合等六个方面研究了北京市保障性住房项目区位布局的现状和存在问题,从保障性住房项目的住户角度出发,以TOD理论为基础,提出合理化建议:北京市应充分发挥公共交通系统的引导功能来改善北京市保障性住房项目的交通条件,并提高住户的出行便利程度;应在公共交通系统沿线可达性较强的区域内配置购物、居住、工作、公园、卫生设施等公共服务设施,从而方便人们进行各种活动;在保障性住房项目周边,应鼓励沿着公共交通车站及廊带采用"填入式发展"的方式配建各种其他类型的住房项目。
The study analyzes current situation and problems for distribution of projects in security housing in Beijing in terms of natural position, traffic condition, infrastructure, public service facilities, the surrounding landscape and the integration with other communities based on empirical analysis. It has put forward rationalization suggestions based on the households and TOD theory. The government should give full play to the guiding function of the public transport system to improve the traffic condition and increase the degree of travel convenience; equipped with public service facilities in terms of shopping, live, work, park and sanitation facilities along the public transport system in the accessibility region, so as to do all kinds of activities; encourage to build other projects by means of public transportation station and filling in development.
