摘要
龙江水电站1#岔管是目前国内直径最大的月牙肋岔管,总重为263吨,由70多个瓦片组成。受运输、吊装、交通洞大小等条件的限制,在拼装厂预组装完成后解体、涂装,运至施工现场分片安装,具有洞内运输条件差、吊装难度大、危险系数高等特点。
The bifurcated pipe of Longjiang Hydropower 1 # is currently the largest-diameter crescent bifurcation in China, with a total weight of 263 tons, more than 70 tiles, which is disintegrated and coated after being pre-assembled in assembling plant and then is installed one by one after arriving at the construction site because of several limitations such as transportation, hoist, size of the traffic cave. It has a series of characters such as poor conditions for transportation in the traffic cave, difficult hoist, high risk.
