摘要
结合500k V台山核电至桂山送电线路工程基础施工实际情况,总结介绍了钢筋螺纹套丝连接工艺代替传统焊接施工的质量控制要点,并通过将钢筋螺纹套丝连接工艺与传统焊接技术进行经济性比较,提出了钢筋螺纹套丝连接工艺在送电线路工程施工应用的可行性,可为往后该项线路施工新工艺的使用及推广提供借鉴。
Combined with the foundation construction actual situation of 500 k V Taishan nuclear power engineering to Guishan transmission lines, this paper introduces the quality control key points of steel threaded sleeve connection technology replacing the traditional welding construction, and by comparing the economical efficiency of reinforcing steel bar thread set of wire connection technology with the traditional welding technology, the feasibility of applying steel threaded sleeve connection technique to the project construction in transmission lines, which can provide reference for the application and promotion of the new process in the construction of the transmission line.
