特殊教育师范生专业认同与职业决策困难的关系研究 被引量:13

摘要 以142名特殊教育师范生为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察其专业认同与职业决策困难的关系。结果发现:(1)专业认同与职业决策困难整体上处于中等水平,其中专业投入和信息不足的状况最为令人担忧。(2)在性别上,女生比男生有更高的专业认同感;在志愿上,自主选择志愿的学生专业认同感最高,调剂专业的学生专业认同感最低;在学历上,本科生的专业认同感低于专科生,呈现学历越高,专业认同感越低的现象。(3)专业认同与职业决策困难呈极其显著地负相关,专业投入对职业决策困难具有一定的预测作用。最后,对这几方面进行了讨论。 By using a questionnaire, 142 normal school students majoring in special education were surveyed to explore the rela- tionship between professional identity and career decision-making difficulties. The results show the following: ( 1 ) both profes- sional identity and career decision-making difficulties are at medium levels, with major study devotion and information insufficien- cy being the most worrisome. (2) female students show a higher degree of identity than male students ; students who selected the major themselves have the highest identity level, while students who were admitted to the major involuntarily have the lowest iden- tity level; undergraduate students show a lower identity level than junior college students-the higher education background, the lower identity level. (3) the students' professional identity has a significantly negative correlation with their career decision-mak- ing difficulties, and professional identity is a relatively important factor to forecast their career decision-making difficulties. In the end, these several aspects are discussed.
