摘要
以生物质燃料锅炉作为辅助能源的太阳能混合能源系统,可为农产品加工提供蒸汽。当太阳能辐射值达到750 W·m-2以上,太阳能蒸汽压力最高可达到1.3 MPa。生物质燃料锅炉是以特殊加工处理的牛粪煤替代化石燃料,能连续稳定的提供蒸汽。将太阳能与生物质燃料锅炉的蒸汽进行合理运用,以最大化利用太阳能为优化目标,提出了基于PLC的太阳能蒸汽发生装置的优化控制策略。将该装置应用于秸秆蒸汽爆破装置,收到了良好的效果。该混合能源系统与蒸汽自然循环方式相比,集热效率提高20%,汽峰值到达所需时间提前1 h,蒸汽供应时间延长2 h。
The hybrid system of solar energy used biofuels boiler as auxiliary energy to provide steam for agricultural products processing. When solar radiation reached more than 750 W ·m-2,the vapor pressure would be 1.3 MPa. The biofuels boiler used specially processed cow dung instead of coal could provide steam stably. Solar energy and steam of biofuels boiler were used reasonably,and the use of solar energy was optimized as goal to put forward optimization strategy based on PLC solar energy equipment. The device was applied in stalk steam exploding device and had got good effects. Comparing with the natural steam circulation, the efficiency of collecting heat of biofuels system had been raised 20%,and the time of steam reached the peak could be decreased 1 hour and the time of steam supplying could increase 2 hours.
