摘要
对SV采样报文异常的类别做了归纳梳理,首次对保护算法有直接影响的SV采样异常大值(飞点)的关键特征参数进行了详细分析。仿真并量化比较分析了各种典型飞点情况,揭示出特征参数对典型保护算法的影响及规律。最后提出了针对异常大值(飞点)的测试方案。
This report concludes the categories of the SV abnormal sampling messages. For the first time, it analyzes in details the key characteristic parameters of the SV sampling abnormal data of big value（flying spot） which has direct impact on the relay protection algorithm. Using MATLAB simulation, it compares and quantitatively analyzes the various typical situations of the flying spot which reveals the influence and the regular patterns of the characteristic parameters on the protection algorithms. At last, it proposes an experimental test plan for SV sampling abnormal data of big value（flying spot）.
