摘要
提出一种基于分时复用的LED驱动电路,用于提高并联多支路LED电流的一致性。该电路提供两路输出,对基准电流进行1000倍的放大,基准电流在1~100μA内线性可调。仿真结果显示,在此工作范围内,两路并联LED电流平均值基本一致。
This paper proposed an idea of a parallel LED driver circuit with time-division rotation for better match. This circuit provided two channel outputs for LED driver. The output current is 1000 times of input reference current which could be adjusted continuously from luA to 100uA . The simulation results showed that within the working scope, the average current of each channel is basically the same.
