摘要
目前通过在管内插入各种形状的传热元件以减薄层流内层厚度,从而增大对流传热系数,达到强化传热目的方法被广泛使用。本课题组在总结前人设计的各种管内强化传热元件优秀成果的基础上,开发出了新型螺旋弹簧传热元件,并对新型传热元件的强化传热效果进行测定,实验结果表明新型螺旋强化传热元件具有结构简单、能显著增大传热系数、阻力损失小等优点,期待此类强化传热元件能在工业生产中得到应用。
At present,the heat transfer coefficient is reduced by inserting various shape of heat transfer element in the tube,and the heat transfer coefficient is increased. In this paper,based on summarizing the outstanding achievements of various tube heat transfer components,a new type of coil spring heat transfer element is developed,and the heat transfer effect of the new type heat transfer element is measured. The experimental results show that the new type of heat transfer element has the advantages of simple structure,obvious increase of heat transfer coefficient and small resistance loss.
