摘要
从经济发展,社会发展,资源、生态环境三个截面构建了县域经济社会发展综合评价指标体系,建立了基于循环修正模式的综合评价模型.对G1法、变异系数法、熵值法确定的评价结果进行循环修正,解决了单一评价方法评价结果的不一致问题.最后采用烟台市8个县市的数据进行实证研究.
The comprehensive evaluation index system of the development of economy and society in county is constructed from the economic development, social development, resources and ecological environment, the comprehensive evaluation model based on the circulating revision is built. Then the different evaluation results for G1, coefficient of variation and entropy weight are combined and circulated revise, the inconsistent problem of the evaluation results of single evaluation method was solved. Lastly analyzed the development situation on economy and society of 8 counties and cities of Yantai.
