夹具装置是堆垛机组中的核心部件。夹具限位架是用于设备检修、限定夹具夹持位置及控制提升机构减速限位的一个重要部件。本文对原有限位架进行结构优化,可降低设备维修、维护成本,增强产品竞争力,提高碳块夹持规格的范围。
Fixture device is the core component of the stacking unit,fixture limit frame is an important component which is used for equipment maintenance,limiting the clamping fixture position and controlling the lifting mechanism.The paper makes an optimization of fixture limit frame used before,the newer fixture limit frame can reduce the cost of equipment maintenance,enhance product competitiveness,improve the scope of the carbon block clamping specifications.
