摘要
大位移水平井钻井过程中,水平段钻具由于欧拉效应失稳后与井壁产生多个接触点,在钻柱与井壁接触点摩擦力的作用下钻柱容易产生自锁现象。分析了水平段钻柱自锁现象产生的机理,建立了钻柱自锁理论力学模型,得出了钻柱自锁的偏微分方程。计算并分析了大位移水平井钻井过程中的自锁现象出现的条件;得出了影响钻柱自锁的相关因素,提出了避免钻柱出现自锁的措施。
While drilling extended--reach horizontal well, horizontal drilling segment produce multiple point8 of contact with the wall due to the effect of the euler instability. The friction of contact point in the drill string and the Dorehole wall can cause drill string into the phenomenon of self--locking. The mechanism of the horizontal drill string section phenomenon self --locking was analyzed. The drill string theory of self--locking mechanical model was established, and partial differential e- quations of drill string self--locking was obtained. The phenomena of drilling self--locking conditions was calculated and an- alyzed while drilling extended--reach horizontal well, the relevant factors that affect the self--locking of the drill string was obtained, and measures to avoid drill string self--locking was proposed.
