摘要 基于中国联通2G、3G和4G网络的发展现状,综合考虑不同互操作方案的性能及其对中国联通现网的改造程度,提出建网初期LTE与2G/3G的互操作策略和方案建议。针对空闲态和连接态PS域互操作配置的关键问题进行了深入研究,给出了互操作参数的配置原则、典型场景的互操作策略和参数配置建议等,为中国联通LTE建网初期的PS互操作配置提供参考。 It discusses the key problems of inter-RAT operation for PS service between LTE systems and the existing 2G/3G networks.Considering the performance of different schemes and the complexity of network updating,the inter-RAT operation strategy and scheme for the initial LTE network construction is proposed. And the parameter configuration rules and advices are also given both in idle and RRC connected state. It gives great reference to the inter-operation of China Unicom networks.
