摘要
南水北调工程丰富的水文化资源、人才和科研的支持,为水文化的丰富和发展提供了条件,使得南水北调工程水文化数据库的构建具有可行性。在构建水文化数据库的过程中,三个建设原则以及数据库建设步骤与服务是需要关注的重点。
South-to-North water diversion project is rich in water cuhure, human resourees and scientific support. These provide the conditions for the enrichment and development of water culture, which makes the construction of the water culture database of the South-to-North water diversion project is feasible. In the process of building water culture database, three construction principles and database construction step and ＂service is the focus of concern.
