摘要
政府网站的主要作用是为公众提供公共服务及信息,不仅是政府与社会公众进行互动的主要渠道,更政府与社会公众之间进行交流的核心平台。通过信息技术及手段,政府通过网站这一现代化形式向社会提供管理及服务窗口,从某种程度上讲,一个地方的电子政务建设水平的高低,是由政府网站建设计水平的好坏来决定的,由此可见,在建设行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效的行政管理体制过程中,政府网站的建设有着重要的现实意义。文章主要分析现阶段我国政府网站建设中存在的一些问题,然后分析提高政府门户网站建设有效性、实用性的策略,旨在进一步加强政府网站建设、维护、应用及管理的效果。
