摘要
为了研究布鲁氏杆菌病在野生动物中的传播规律及环境中的布鲁氏杆菌对疾病传播的影响,试验结合野生动物生存现状以及布鲁氏杆菌病自身的特点,考虑野生动物服从Logistic增长并将病菌当做独立传染项,建立了具有间接传染的野生动物布鲁氏杆菌病动力学模型,求出了系统的基本再生数,分析了模型的动力学行为,并进行了数值模拟。结果表明:当基本再生数大于1时,疾病形成地方病;当基本再生数小于1时,疾病消亡。而间接传染对疾病的传播具有很大影响。说明对于野生动物布鲁氏杆菌病的研究和控制环境中的病菌是十分重要的因素。
To study the law of brucellosis in wildlife and the effect of Brucella in the environment on pathophoresis, a dynamics model for brucellosis in wildlife with indirect transmission was established, combing with wildlife survival status and its own characteristics of brucellosis and considering wildlife obeying logistic growth and taking the bacteria as an independent infection item. The dynamic behavior of the model was analyzed based on the calculated basic reproductive number of system, and then a numerical simulation was conducted. The results showed that the disease formed endmic disease when the basic reproduction number was great than 1, and the disease died out when the basic reproduction number was less than 1. However, indirect transmission had a great impact on the propagation of disease. The results indicate that BruceUa in the environment is very important factor on the research of brucellosis in wildlife and control.
