摘要
我国的医学伦理学教材建设在过去30多年的发展历程中取得了很大的成绩,但也存在框架体系相对固化、内容的生命伦理学化、思路的原则主义化等问题,导致我国的医学伦理学教育没有全面反映医学实践的真实伦理需求,也影响到了学科的学术品质。因此,需要对医学伦理学教材进行改革,要将临床伦理问题作为医学伦理学教材的核心内容,注意将医学礼仪和医学法律知识融入到教材内容之中,并且以提升医学生的伦理实践能力和责任意识为目标来构建教材内容。
In the past 30 years, the textbooks of medical ethics have made great achievements in China. However, there are still some deficiencies, including invariable content, over estimating bioethics issues and tendency of principlism, which resulted in the textbooks out of the demands of medical practice and reduced the academic quality of the discipline. Therefore, some suggestions were proposed in this paper. Firstly, clinical ethical problems should be the core content of textbook. Secondly, medical etiquette and medical law should be included as important content. In addition, in order to enhance medical students' ethics practical ability and sense of responsibility, the manifestation mode of textbook should be reconstructed.
