摘要
目的探讨糖尿病并发低血糖患者的整体护理干预效果。方法将100例糖尿病并发低血糖患者随机分为两组，均予以常规治疗及护理干预，研究组在此基础上进行整体护理干预，观察8周。结果整体护理干预后研究组低血糖症状改善有效率为100％、护理满意度为98．0％，对照组分别为86．0％、88．0％，研究组均显著高于对照组（χ2=7．53、3．84，P〈0．05或0．01）。治疗期间研究组复发率为4．0％，对照组为16．0％，研究组复发率显著低于对照组（χ2=4．00，P〈0．05）。结论对糖尿病并发低血糖患者实施整体护理干预，能明显改善低血糖症状，降低低血糖复发率，提高护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of holistic nursing care （HNC） for diabetes mellitus （DM） patients complicated by hypoglycemia. Methods A total of 100 DM patients complicated by hypoglycemia were randomly assigned to two groups receiving routine treatment and nursing, and on this basis HNC was given to research group for 8 weeks. Results After HNC the effective rate of hypoglycemia symptoms and satisfaction to nursing were respectively 100% and 98.0% in research and 86.0% and 88.0% in control group, the former significantly higher than the latter （χ2=7. 53, 3.84; P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Relapse rate during treatment was respectively 4.0% in research and 16.0% in control group, the former significantly lower than the latter （χ2 =4.00, P〈0.05）. Conclusion HNC for DM patients complicated by hypoglyce- mia could notably improve hypoglycemia symptoms, reduce the relapse rate of hypoglycemia, improve sat- isfaction to nursing, and deserves clinical generalization and application.
