摘要
目的探讨朗道校准品对迈瑞BS-800封闭生化检测系统的实用性。方法分别将复溶朗道校准品和迈瑞校准品，与迈瑞BS-800封闭生化分析仪及其配套试剂组成两种检测系统，对血液生化检测12个项目建立两个校准品的校准曲线，对两种检测系统的实验结果进行对比分析。结果朗道校准品与迈瑞校准品对迈瑞BS-800封闭生化检测系统的总胆固醇、总胆红素、葡萄糖3个项目的系统误差值〉1／2TEa，临床不可接受。结论朗道校准品与迈瑞BS-800封闭生化检测系统的部分检测指标校准均值存在不一致性，在BS-800封闭生化检测系统中应谨慎使用朗道校准品，以确保检验结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the applicability of RANDOX calibrators for Mindray closed biochemical detection system. Methods Detecting system consisted of RANDOX calibrators, Mindray calibrators, Mindray BS-800 closed biochemistry analyzer （BS-800） and Mindray corollary reagents, calibration curves were established for 12 items, comparative experiments of methodology conducted between 2 detecting systems, and the systematic error of all items ≤1/2Tea was regarded as meeting the requirement. Results The systematic error of cholesterol total, bilirubin total and glucose was 〉 1/2Tea, which was clinically unacceptable. Conclusion RANDOX calibrators have unconsistency with calibration mean value of BS-800 partial detection indexes, application of RANDOX calibrators in BS-800 should be careful to ensure the ac-curacy of test result.
