摘要
利用平阳霉素和NaN3两种化学诱变剂,各设定7个质量浓度处理小麦种子,调查统计M1代出苗率、变异率、变异类型及M2代的变异类型,并分析比较两种诱变剂的诱变效果.结果表明:M1代出苗率低于50%的平阳霉素和NaN3处理质量浓度分别为60 mg/L和100 mg/L;M1代变异率与诱变剂质量浓度呈正相关;M1代与M2代都各有多种变异类型;平阳霉素的变异率高于NaN3,且变异类型丰富,可遗传变异多.
The wheat seeds were treated with pingyangmycin and Na N3 of each seven concentration gradients,the emergence rate,the mutation rate,and the new variation assortment of M1 and the new variation assortment of M2 were investigated and counted,and the mutagenic effects of two mutagens were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the concentrations of pingyangmycin and Na N3 when the emergence rate of M1 was less than 50% were 60 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively,the mutation rate of M1 was positively correlated with mutagen concentration,both M1 and M2had rich variation types,and the mutation rate of pingyangmycin was higher than Na N3 with more variation types and more genetic variations.
