米糠是一种可加工利用资源,可用于生产高附加值产品。近些年,米糠蛋白一直备受关注,米糠中所含有的其他成分也被日益揭露。对米糠蛋白及其酚类物质进行总结,以期为进一步的生产加工提供基础条件,同时为科研和业内人士提供研究参考。
Rice bran is a machinable use of resources that can be used to produce high value-added products.In recent years,much attention has been paid to rice bran protein,and other ingredients of rice bran have been exposed too.Research onthe rice bran protein and phenolics,in order to provide the basic conditions for further production and processing,meanwhile provide a reference for scientific research and industry workers.
