摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁件表面缺陷对铸件质量的影响、形成机理和预防措施,主要从浇注系统设计、熔炼与浇注、型砂、涂料等多个方面对形成表面缺陷的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。
This article introduced the effect of ductile iron casting surface defects on the casting quality,formation mechanism and prevention measures.The causes of surface defect were studied in detail based on the gating system,melting and pouring process,molding sand,coating and so on.
