摘要
在传统的高层建筑供水基础上采用PLC内部的PID调节指令,通过压力传感器的反馈值与压力设定值形成闭环控制,控制水泵电机在工频与变频状态间切换,确保了供水系统管网压力的恒定,具有工作可靠、施工简单、节能效果显著、全自动控制、安全卫生、保护电网稳定等优点。
Based on the traditional high-rise building water supply, the PID regulation of PLC, through the feedback value of pressure sensor and the pressure setting value form closed-loop control, control water pump motor in the power frequency and frequency conversion, which ensure the constant pressure of water supply system, and has the advantages of reliable, simple construction, energy saving, automatic control, safety and health, protection of power grid stability.
