摘要
目的:针对医院原始手工绩效考核模式的不足,为适应新医改背景下的管理需求,研究设计了本套医院绩效考核系统。方法:系统基于数据仓库技术和数据抽取工具(ETL),利用信息化管理工具实现数据的汇总及挖掘。结果:保证了绩效系统数据来源的真实性、可靠性、实时性,使数据统计更具科学性和准确性。结论:使临床一线考核到个人,医技、机关、后勤考核到班组成为可能,提高了医院管理水平、工作质量和效率。
Objective:Aiming at the shortages of the traditional manual model for the performance appraisal in hospital,and adapt to the new health care reform under the background of the demand of the hospital management,our hospital has developed the hospital performance appraisal management system.Methods:This system was based on data warehouse technology and data extraction tools,used information management tool for summarizing and data mining.Results:Ensuring that the data sources are authentic,reliable,real-time,ensuring that the data statistics calculation is scientific and accurate.Conclusion:The system can work the number of front-line clinical assessment of the quality of the individual,the medical technology,organ,logistics assessment to the team,and improve the overall level of hospital management,the quality and efficiency of the work.
