摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在2型糖尿病病人治疗过程中药学服务的切入点。方法:通过具体病例,讨论临床药师对2型糖尿病病人进行药学服务的切入点。结果:临床药师从药物相互作用、糖尿病足局部抗菌药物PK/PD研究,及以模块化方式对病人进行用药教育等方面入手,参与2型糖尿病病人的临床治疗,取得良好效果。结论:关注药物相互作用、关注糖尿病足局部感染的控制,及以模块化方式对病人进行用药教育是临床药师对2型糖尿病病人药学服务的切入点。
Objective： To explore the entry point of pharmaceutical care for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by clini-cal pharmacists. Methods： The entry point of pharmaceutical care for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by clinical pharma- cist was discussed through specific cases. Results： Through the access of drug interactions, PK/PD research of local antibacte- rials for the treatment of the patients with diabetic foot ulcer and medication education for patients using modular approach, clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and achieved good outcomes. Conclusion： Focus on drug interactions, diabetic foot local infection control and modularized patient education are the entry point of pharmaceutical care for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by clinical pharmacists.
