摘要
目的评价冠状动脉瘘(coronary artery fistula,CAF)不同病变类型在双源CT(dual source computed tomography,DSCT)三维重建图像上的表现特征及瘘口显示情况。方法回顾性分析37例CAF患者的DSCT资料,分别在轴位、冠状位、矢状位、曲面重建(CPR)及容积再现(VR)重建图像上观察病变,统计分析不同重建图像显示瘘口效果的差异。结果 37例患者共有瘘口42处,显示瘘口方面:轴位、冠状位、矢状位及VR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轴位优于冠状位、矢状位及VR,冠状位优于VR(P<0.05)。冠状动脉瘘至少5种以上方式,瘘口CT表现多样。结论双源CT三维重建图像能很好地显示CAF各种病变类型及瘘口的情况,各种重建技术显示冠状动脉瘘有其各自优势。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of coronary artery fistula( CAF) appeared as different types as well as the fistula opening on dual source CT( DSCT) three dimensional reconstruction images. Methods Retrospective analysis of DSCT data of37 patients with CAF was performed. The CAF features were observed on the reconstructed images in the axial,coronal and sagittal sections,as well as curve plantation reconstruction( CPR) and volume rendering( VR). Differences in different reconstruction images for showing the fistula were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 42 fistulas in 37 patients were displayed. The effects for the display of fistula had significance difference among axial,coronal and sagittal sections and VR reconstruction images( P〈0. 05). There was a significant difference between axial and coronal and sagittal sections and VR( P〈0. 05). Moreover,the axial was better than that of coronal,sagittal sections and VR while coronal section was better than that of VR( P〈0. 05). At least,there were five types of CAF displayed various CT features on reconstruction images or 3D images. Conclusion The dual source CT 3D reconstruction images can well display different CAF types and the opening of fistulas. Various reconstruction techniques have their own advantages in showing CAF.
