摘要
采用10kW碟片激光器,研究了8mm厚304不锈钢碟片激光焊接过程中形成的焊缝截面形貌,讨论了焊接速度、激光功率对焊缝截面形貌形成的影响规律。结果表明,在大功率碟片激光焊接过程中,形成的焊缝截面形貌包括I形和钉子形。在焊接过程中,随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝截面形貌由I形向钉子形转变;随着激光功率的增大,焊缝截面形貌由钉子形向I形变化,同时焊缝截面形貌从I形转变为钉子的焊接速度增大。通过调整焊接速度与激光功率,可以对焊缝截面形貌进行有效控制。
Laser welding experiments had been carried out on 8 mm 304 stainless steel using disk laser with 10 kW maximum powers to study on the weld cross section morphology. And the influence rule on the weld cross section morphology of laser factors such as laser power and welding speed were analyzed. The results show the weld cross section morphology of laser welding by disk laser with high power including I shape and Nail shape. In the process of welding, the weld cross section mor- phology could transform from the I shape to Nail shape as the welding speed increasing. The weld cross section morphology could transform from the Nail shape to I shape as the laser power increasing. Also it should increase that the welding speed of transform from the I shape to Nail shape. By adjusting the welding speed and laser power, the weld cross section morphology could be controlled effectively.
