摘要
在激光近净成形过程中,为了改善熔覆层组织形态,提高熔覆层力学性能,通过实验研究了激光功率、扫描速度和送粉速率对Ni60粉末成形组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,成形组织形态随着激光功率增大变得粗大,随着扫描速度、送粉速率的增大变得细小;从基体到热影响区再到熔覆层,其硬度值明显增加;显微硬度随着激光功率的增大而减小,随着扫描速度和送粉速率的增加而增加。研究为多孔金属生物材料的制备提供了优化工艺参数组合的依据。
In order to improving organization structure and mechanics performance of cladding layer, the effects of laser power, scanning speed and powder mass flow rate on Ni60 cladding layer were studied by experiments in Laser Engineered Net Shaping (LENS). The experimental results indicate that the organization structure is coarsened with the increase of laser power; the or- ganization structure is refined with the increase of scanning speed and powder mass flow rate. The hardness is increased obvi- ously from the substrate to heat affected zone then to cladding layer. The hardness is deereased with the increase of laser pow- er, and is increased with the increase of scanning speed and powder mass flow rate. On the basis of the results optimal process parameters combination can be provided for the preparation of porous metal biomaterials.
