摘要
为了得到同一基体在不同热处理状态下激光熔覆后各项指标的变化趋势,对退火和淬火两种状态的Cr12MoV基体进行了激光熔覆。结果表明,不同状态的Cr12MoV选择相同的工艺参数,熔覆Ni60A和70%Ni60A+30%两种粉末,熔覆层高度都可以达到1mm;熔覆Ni60A粉末的平均宽度比熔覆70%Ni60A+30%WC的平均宽度小0.5mm,且平整度好;两种基体熔覆Ni60A最大硬度可达到57HRC,加入30%WC,硬度无明显提高。
In order to get the change trend of the indicators of the same substrate under different heat treatment states after laser cladding, laser cladding was performed on Crl2MoV of two kinds of annealing and quenching substrate. The results shows that the different states Cr12MoV when choose the same technological parameters of cladding Ni60A and 70% Ni60A+ 30% WC, the height of the cladding layer reach 1 mm; The average width of the cladding Ni60A powder is smaller than 70% Ni60A +30% WC powder 0.5 mm, and has good flatness; the maximum hardness after cladding Ni60A on two matrix can be up to 57 HRC, the hardness has no obvious improvement after adding 30% WC.
