摘要
目的:探讨微管相关蛋白1轻链3B-Ⅱ(microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3B-Ⅱ,LC3BⅡ)在不同级别胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法:免疫组化法检测45例不同级别胶质瘤中LC3B-Ⅱ的表达,并结合临床资料分析其与胶质瘤临床特征之间的关系。结果:LC3B-Ⅱ在高级别胶质瘤组织中的表达高于低级别胶质瘤组织,差异具有统计学意义。胶质瘤组织中LC3B-Ⅱ的表达不受年龄、性别因素的影响。结论:在高级别胶质瘤中细胞自噬较为严重,LC3B-Ⅱ可作为胶质瘤的辅助病理指标。
Objective： To evaluate the expression and significance of LC3B-Ⅱ in different degraded of gliomas.Methods： Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of LC3B-Ⅱ in 45 different degraded gliomas,and the relationship between the expression of LC3B-Ⅱand clinical features of glioma was analyzed. Results：The expression of LC3B-Ⅱ in high grade gliomas was higher than that in low grade gliomas,and the difference was statistically significant. The expression of LC3B-Ⅱwas not influenced by age and gender. Conclusion： In high grade gliomas,autophagy is more serious,and LC3B-Ⅱas a secondary pathological indicator of gliomas.
