文章从调鲜入手,选用味精为鲜味主剂,酵母精、琥珀酸二钠为辅剂,通过实验筛选出低成本、高效益、鲜味浓郁醇厚、口感余味好等综合性能优良的复合鲜味剂。
Take MSG as the main flavor enhancer and yeast extract,disodium succinate as the auxiliary agent to select the composite flavor enhancer with low cost,high efficiency,rich and mellow flavor, good taste and excellent comprehensive properties by experiment.
