公路软基静压PHC管桩承载特征原位试验研究 被引量:2

In-situ Experimental Research on Load Bearing Characteristics of Static-pressed PHC Piles in Soft Soil Foundation of Highway

摘要 通过软土路基上PHC管桩的压桩、复压和原位载荷试验,研究静压PHC管桩的承载特征。试验表明,压桩力具有静力触探锥尖阻力的特征,能够反映地层的力学性状,可以用做现场判定桩长的依据;软土地基压桩后,桩体的极限承载力会随时间有所增长,采用压桩终压值预估桩体的极限承载力是可行的,依据静力触探指标和规范方法计算的承载力偏于安全,以复压压桩力评估承载力随时间的增长偏于危险;桩承荷载既有端阻力也有侧阻力,侧阻力大于50%,本试验中PHC管桩的摩擦桩特征更为突出。 The load bearing characteristics of static-pressed PHC piles are investigated by testing piling,repressing and in-situ load on PHC piles in a soft soil foundation. The test result shows that( 1) the piling load has similar characteristics as the tip resistance in cone penetration tests( CPTs),which could reflect the mechanical properties of the soil and be the basis for determining pile length in the field;( 2) the ultimate bearing capacity of piles,which will increase as time goes after the installation of piles in soft soil foundation,can be evaluated using the ultimate load;( 3) it is safe to calculate the load bearing capacity of piles according to CPT results and relevant standard methods,while the re-pressing load overestimates the load bearing capacity of piles developed with time;( 3) the pile resistance consists of tip resistance and shaft resistance,with the shaft resistance constituting more than 50% of the total resistance, the friction characteristics are highlighted in the test.
