摘要
Tesla电动汽车的成功源于其独特的商业模式,它以顾客价值创造和企业价值获取为中心,准确定位目标客户,通过轻资产运营、超常的资本运作等方式构建起电动汽车产业的系统性价值链,同时获得了产品市场和资本市场的认同。本文对Tesla电动汽车商业模式进行了剖析,并结合我国新能源汽车的发展状况,探讨了Tesla电动汽车商业模式对我国新能源汽车产业发展的启示,以期为我国新能源汽车产业发展提供切实可行的操作建议。
The success of Tesla PEV origins from its unique business model. It captures the essence of business model, which includes customers, value creation and enterprise value acquisition, then builds systematic value chain of PEV through asset-light model and capital operation. Eventually it obtains the recognition of market of product and capital. This paper analyzes the successful business model of Tesla PEV and its implications, which would provide some practical suggestions for the develop- ment of ours new energy automobiles.
