摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白(HSP)70水平在原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者血浆中的表达水平及其与原发性急性闭角型青光眼的关系。方法收集2011年1月至2014年1月期间在广东医学院附属医院禅城区中心医院眼科收治的25例(50只眼)原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料,同时收集同时期于广东医学院附属医院禅城区中心医院眼科收治的22例(44只眼)老年性白内障患者的临床资料,进行回顾性序列病例研究。按照疾病种类将全部47例(94只眼)患者中,25例(50只眼)原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究组,将同期在广东医学院附属医院禅城区中心医院眼科住院的22例(44只眼)老年性白内障患者作为对照组。研究组原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者和对照组老年性白内障患者的血浆HSP70水平以均数±标准差(x珋±s)的形式表示,并采用独立样本t检验的方法进行组间比较;研究组原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的眼压与血浆HSP70水平的相关性采用非参数Spearman秩相关检验进行分析。结果研究组原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的血浆HSP70浓度为(117.1±30.9)ng/ml,显著高于对照组老年性白内障患者的(48.0±13.2)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=9.98,P<0.05)。研究组原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者的血浆HSP70与眼压成正相关(r=0.69,P<0.05),与性别和年龄无显著相关性(r=0.38,0.29;P>0.05)。结论原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者血浆内的HSP70浓度显著升高,且与眼压呈正相关,提示了HSP70可能在原发性急性闭角型青光眼的发病中起到一定作用。
Objective To assess the correlation between peripheral blood levels of heat shock protein 70 （Hsp70） and primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Medical records of 25 patients （50 eyes） with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma and 22 patients （44 eyes） with senile cataractwho visited our department between January,2011 and Janualy,2014 were obtained. Data on plasma levels of Hsp70 and intraocular pressure in these patients were extracted and analyzed. Results Plasma levels of Hsp70 weresignificantly higher in angle-closure glaucoma patients （117. 1±30. 9）ng/ml than in senile cataract patients （4g. 0± 13.2） ng/ml （ t = 9.98, P〈0.05 ）. Plasma Hsp70 levels were positively correlated with intraocular pressure （r = 0. 38, 0. 29; P 〉 0. 05 ） but neither with age nor with gender. Conclusion Peripheral blood levels of Hsp70 in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma are significantly elevatedand positively correlated with intraocular pressure. This finding suggests thatheat shock protein 70 may play a role in the pathogenesis of acute angle-closure glaucoma.
