摘要
目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月长葛市坡胡镇卫生院收治的腹股沟疝患者74例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各37例。观察组患者采用无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组患者采用常规手术治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、术后恢复时间、并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果观察组患者手术时间和术后恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率和复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果显著,可缩短患者手术时间及术后恢复时间,且并发症少,不易复发。
Objective To explore the effect of tension- free hernioplasty in treating inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 74 patients with inguinal hernia were selected in the Changge Pohu Township Health Center from January 2013 to January2014,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group. Observation group were given tension- free hernioplasty treatment,control group were given conventional surgical treatment. Operation time,postoperative recovery time,incidence of complications and recurrence rate were observed between the two groups were compared. Results Operation time and postoperative recovery time of observation group were shorter than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; complication rate and recurrence rate of observation group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tension- free hernioplasty has notable curative effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia,can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time is with less complication and lower recurrence rate.
