摘要
高校舞蹈教师个体的专业发展不仅需要外部支持条件,也需要教师专业化的自我建构。艺术院校舞蹈教师个体的专业发展影响着高等舞蹈教育教学改革。本文以新疆艺术学院为例,就舞蹈教师个体专业发展现状提出了促进高校舞蹈教师个体专业发展的途径。
The dance teachers＇ individual professional development requires not only the external support, but also needs self-construction in universities and colleges. The dance teachers＇ individual professional development of art colleges affects the teaching reform of higher dance education. The article, taking Xin- jiang Arts Institute as an example, presents the approaches to promote dance teachers＇ individual profes- sional development on a basis of the analysis on its current situation.
